Maison-atelier du peintre Michel Carrade, ami de Claude Parent et Paul Virilio. Un premier projet est établi par Parent en 1972, puis un projet définitif en 1974. La maison est construite en briques avec éléments de liaison de poutres en béton et ferraillage. Enduits de chaux et sable.Classement monument historique :
