Description :	Reliquaire composé d'une monstrance en cuivre fondu de quelques millimètres d'épaisseur, représentant une façade d'architecture gothique à pignon central, ajouré de remplages flamboyants, et pinacles fleuronnés, avec de part et d'autre la figuration en relief de deux statues (anges ?). Cette façade sert de cadre à la monstrance qui est taillée en rectangle et à vif, fermé par une plaque de verre et prolongée par une boîte à reliques fixée par derrière, sans ornement. Le pied, noeud compris, est de style néo-gothique.
