Description :	Encadrement de porte en pierre appareillée et moulurée, surmontée d'une corniche saillante et d'une pierre sculptée portant des armoiries en bas-relief.

Historique :	Monseigneur Honoré de Quiqueran de Beaujeu fut évêque de Castres de 1705 à 1736. Ses armoiries figurent au-dessus de la porte qui donnait accès à la salle des malades qu'il avait fait construire (Combes). Cet encadrement a été restauré à l'initiative de Soeur Simon à la fin du 19e siècle (Vidal). La porte en fer n'est pas d'origine.
